ALBANY -- John Moakler, 72, of Albany, died Friday, March 31, 2000 at the VA Hospital. Mr. Moakler was born in Albany and had been an Albany resident for many years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving his country during World War II. Mr. Moakler was employed as a driver for the Normanskill Dairy for 17 years before working for the U.S. Postal Service for 25 years as a mail handler. He was the son of the late John J. and Marion J.
